After stepping away from professional tennis and becoming a mother, a new kind of challenge began. This time not on the court, but in the kitchen. Despite my discipline, the weight crept on, and I felt stuck, helpless, and lost.
I decided to go on a journey to understand nutrition on a deeper level. Seeking a truly global perspective, I chose to study in Europe and the United States. I earned my MBA in "The Main Aspects of Healthy Nutrition" from the International Institute of Health in Europe and became a Certified Nutrition Coach and Weight Loss Specialist in the United States.
Through that journey, I lost 30 pounds and the daily discomforts I once accepted as normal were gone. Even today, eating well takes effort and mindfulness, but it’s not about perfection. It’s about lasting, sustainable habits.
My nutrition coaching is never one-size-fits-all. In my 20 years of coaching tennis, I learned no two bodies are the same. Real transformation happens when your plan fits you, not the other way around.
